The third class of our nonprofit leaders for excellence program is underway in partnership with the Valley Baptist Legacy Foundation. In August, we kicked off the 9-month journey with 12 incredible nonprofit leaders from the Rio Grande Valley. The group will gather monthly to learn, network, and collaborate on leadership, governance, operations, and more. Congratulations to our third cohort of leaders!

The leaders will meet monthly through May 2025. The full-day sessions will cover all aspects of effective nonprofit leadership, including governance, fundraising, legal issues, staffing, communications, data evaluation, and more.
Beyond the skills and knowledge, they are also building a strong network where they can learn from each other, share experiences, and seek advice as they tackle challenges together.
